After we come out to deliver a quote and schedule your move (Deposits are usually required to hold your appointment), we go to work behind the scenes on preparing for your big day! Lining trucks up, setting equipment aside, scheduling a team to your route and other things can go into the days leading up to your move.

Day-of, we will have a crew out first thing in the morning with a Team Leader assigned to you who reports directly to our Service Manager, who works in conjunction with the Operations Manager, who you’ve likely spoken to at this point!

First thing that Team Lead will want to do is take a walk-through with you, addressing any concerns, laying out the framework of the move, etc.

Depending on the level of service you’ve provided, our crews are going to begin with some form or prep. Usually, that is breaking things down, clearing pathways, rolling rugs up and lining the truck up to the easiest point of access. At what point we’ve signed waivers, relayed specifics, prepped our areas & items – It’s go time! 

We like to ask, for safety reasons, that you give our team space when they do begin the process of loading and unloading. Ideally, once the front end work is done, we are smooth sailing until we pause to prep the unload site, and again until the process of unpacking/unwrapping/unboxing begins (If you’re to allow us to do so).

Finally, our Team Lead will ask you a few things:

-Are all of your items delivered, in place and in the same condition as before?

-Is there anything else we can do for you to complete this job?

-Can you leave us a 5-star review?
